Discreet Shipping

Discreet shipping is important to us. Orders are packaged in plain, unbranded packaging, which may include bubble mailers or plain boxes depending on the size and contents of your order. The shipping label will simply identify the sender as AD Customer Service.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are generally 2–5 business days; however, these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped and you receive your tracking number, we recommend monitoring the tracking information provided by the carrier for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Duties, Taxes & Additional Fees: Depending on the destination of your order, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may be assessed by customs authorities, border services, or the shipping carrier. Any such duties, taxes, fees, or charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid to Aphrodite’s Den, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Aphrodite’s Den is not responsible for determining or paying these additional charges.

Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, service disruptions, customs processing, natural events, or other circumstances outside of our control, may result in shipping delays. Aphrodite’s Den cannot be held responsible for carrier or customs delays once an order has been shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Holiday Shipping: Orders placed during the month of December may experience increased processing and delivery times due to higher seasonal shipping volumes. We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible.
